Payments

At Dallas Tidy Titans, we accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience. Your card information will be securely collected at the time of booking, but it will not be charged immediately. One day prior to your scheduled service an authorization hold will be placed on your card for the total balance. This hold is not a charge. Your card will be charged only after the completion of your cleaning service, and you will receive an invoice via email confirming the transaction. If your service is canceled for any reason, the authorization hold will be released, and it may take 2-5 business days depending on your bank’s policies.

200% Guarantee Policy

At Dallas Tidy Titans, your satisfaction is our top priority. We proudly offer a 200% satisfaction guarantee to ensure you receive the highest quality cleaning service. After our team completes their work, we ask you to perform a thorough inspection with us using our detailed cleaning checklist. If during the walkthrough, you are not 100% satisfied, our team will immediately re-clean any missed areas free of charge. We encourage you to carefully inspect all areas during this time, as our services will be considered complete after the walkthrough. For move-out cleanings, we recommend providing us with a cleaning checklist from your landlord prior to your appointment to ensure all requirements are met. 

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and are committed to providing exceptional service. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all our clients, we kindly ask that any scheduling changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $75 cancellation fee. 

Maximum Hours

Our flat-rate pricing includes a maximum number of hours for each cleaning service to ensure transparency and fairness. In the rare event that your cleaning service exceeds this time, additional hours will be charged at a rate of $30 per hour. We prioritize clear communication and will always notify you in advance if we anticipate exceeding the allotted time, ensuring there are no surprises.

2 Hour Arrival Window

We strive to be punctual. Please allow a 2-hour arrival window to account for traffic, parking, and other unexpected delays.

Safety Policies

  • Reaching High Areas: For safety reasons, our teams cannot reach higher than 6 feet. Our cleaners are not permitted to climb ladders or reach high areas.
  • Moving Large Appliance: Our cleaners can clean around or underneath large appliances, but they cannot move them. If you would like us to clean those areas, please move any large appliances before our arrival.
  • Interior Window Cleaning: We are happy to clean interior windows that are accessible with a 2-3 step ladder. However, our teams are not permitted to climb higher ladders or reach high areas. 
  • Screen Cleaning: If you would like your window screens cleaned, please remove them before our cleaners arrive, as our team cannot detach or install window screens.
  • Exterior Window Cleaning: We do not clean exterior windows due to safety reasons. We highly recommend clients seek expert window cleaning professionals for this type of cleaning.

Stain and Mold Removal

We strive to remove all stains and mold from grout and tile in bathrooms and kitchens. However, we cannot guarantee complete removal. Rest assured, we will do our best to achieve the highest possible standard of cleanliness.

Move-Out Cleaning

For move-out cleaning services, please ensure all furniture and personal belongings are removed before or team arrives. To help our team work efficiently, please avoid scheduling moving or other services during the cleaning. If you would like us to clean around or under large appliances, please move them beforehand.

All Cleaning Services

Please pick up clothing, personal items, and clutter cluttered areas before our arrival. This helps our cleaners access surfaces for a thorough cleaning. 

Pet-Friendly Policy

We love pets! For the safety of your pets and our cleaning team, we kindly ask that you house your pets in a different room or crate them during the cleaning service.

Waste Management Policy 

For safety reasons, we do not handle pet waste, human waste, or bodily fluids that are not secured in tied/sealed trash bags. If such waste is present in the home upon inspection, and it is deemed unsafe to proceed, the cleaning service will be canceled.
